New Faces:
We’d like to give a warm welcome to two new interns who will join us for the spring.
Francesca Ruscio, a “][“emple University student is the latest member to join the Jenna Communications team. Being a person of many hats, Francesca Ruscio proudly wears the crown of Miss Philadelphia 2013, a full time job where she is out and about within the Philadelphia and greater Philadelphia area, advocating community service as a city representative under the Miss America Organization. You can find her speaking at a local event, making kids smile at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and dancing with the Phillie Phanatic at a baseball game. During her year as Miss Philadelphia, she has logged over 300 hours of community service and is always willing to lend anyone a helping hand. Francesca is also a former intern for CBS 94WIP Morning Show and Comcast Sportsnet. Her love for the city of Philadelphia is evident and she found that working under Jenna Communications LLC has been a great way to give back and promote anyone and everyone.
Hannah Lehman graduated from Bryn Mawr College in May with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology. After a busy four years of working hard, she decided to move to Philadelphia this fall looking to have a fun, new adventure, and experience living on her own (before she attends graduate school). Hannah has always had a passion for writing and devoted much of her free time in college to social and event planning committees, which has led her to the world of PR. Besides being an intern, Hannah works as a hostess in Old City. In her spare time, Hannah loves to read, run, cook, and go out with friends.

On Wednesday, December 18, Jenna Communications president, Jennifer Sherlock, joined Parx Casino’s Parkettes and Brooke Maute to deliver Hair O’ The Dog VIP invites for the 20th annual gala. The team hopped into a limo and covered the city through and through, dropping off invites to NBC 10, CBS 3, Philadelphia Magazine, Comcast Sportsnet and more outlets. Looking ahead, Jenna Communications’ president Jennifer Sherlock will present at the US Youth Soccer Workshop on January 17. This workshop is part of the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) Convention, which is being held in Philadelphia for 2014. Jen will present Scoring Goals with Social Media: An Inside Look at Promoting Effectively to teach coaches how they can better use social media to target potential players.
