Event Re-Cap

Hair O’ The Dog: took place on January 14th at the Westin in Philadelphia, PA.  From start-to-finish the black tie event offered a fresh mix of entertainment and attitude. All the attendees were treated with first-class service.  Jennifer Sherlock and the team at Jenna Communications held platinum status at the event for the dedicated PR they provided. Ongoing support to Hair O’ The Dog and the Queen O’ The Dog Election was also provided by Jennifer and her firm actively.

Oxford Valley Mall: hosted a “Cutest Santa Photo Sweepstakes” for the Holidays.  During the sweepstakes shoppers could upload and vote on who has the cutest photo with Santa. Participation was wildly popular with nearly 400 unique photo submissions.  The winners, brothers 3-year-old Potter and his 15-month-old brother Beau Rudl of Morrisville, Pa. were surprised when Santa Claus hand-delivered $2,000 worth of presents sponsored by OshKosh, all made possible through Jenna Communications Client, Simon Property Groups. The children’s reactions were filmed at the house, and the parents expressed deep gratitude for the support during the Holidays. Footage can be viewed here:  Santa’s Surprise Visit to “Cutest” kids

Branding Your Company Through Social Media: A class presented by the Jenna Communications crew, and hosted graciously by Jennifer Sherlock and guest speakers Mike Diccicco, Frank X. Taney and Joe Vallee.  During class #3 the instruction focused on search engine optimization, social media marketing and creating an appealing website. Class #4 took a different edge, and detailed boosting your sites “like”  -ability and creating fan pages through social media avenues. Both classes were streamed live and are available for public viewing at USTREAM’s home site. Click here to check them out.
