We understand that reputation means everything in today’s world and we are here to ensure yours remains in tact. Our mission is to first figure out where a potential crisis might come up. We then develop a plan to prevent this crisis from happening, as well as a plan to curtail any negative impact should the crisis occur. Unfortunately, not everything can be predicted, so when an unforeseen crisis ensues we will dive in and commit to minimizing the damage and protecting your company at all costs.

Montgomery Mall

Former client, Montgomery Mall, asked us to prepare a preliminary report of how to react in the event of a crisis. We laid out an in depth powerpoint explaining the process of pre-crisis planning and what do in the event of an unforeseen problem. On June 5th, 2012 a crisis involving a man who fell down the escalator occurred. We were asked to prepare a media alert on short notice to be sent to individuals inquiring about the incident.
