Executive Chef Edward Hancockannounces his new 2018 holiday dinner menus. The Sofitel family celebrates Christmas, and New Years Eve in modern style. Share in the festivities this year by booking reservations for holiday dinners.

WHO: Sofitel Philadelphia will be hosting holiday dinners in its restaurant, Liberté Lounge. Executive Chef Edward Hancock has prepared a Christmas menu full of holidays fixings for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Chef has also created a New Years Eve menu to ring in 2019 with French-elegance.

WHAT: Liberté Lounge, a restaurant located in Sofitel Philadelphia, will be hosting Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinner. The dinner menu consists of a three-course meal that includes dishes such as smoked salmon rillettes, grilled squab, garlic rubbed prime rib, and desserts. The dinner is $35 per person. Liberté will also be hosting a New Years Eve special dinner. This menu is a four-course meal that has dishes such as wild mushroom bisque, seared scallops, grilled filet mignon, and desserts. This dinner costs $60 per person.

WHEN: Monday, December 24, 2018 and Tuesday, December 25, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., for the Christmas menu. Monday, December 31, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., for the New Years Eve menu.
