Big small Walk for Breast Cancer plaque presented at Oxford Valley Mall
Local breast cancer supporters attended a plaque presentation at the Oxford Valley Mall, organized to celebrate the $5,000 raised at the Big small Walk for Breast Cancer held at the mall last fall. Beth DuPree, MD, Medical Director of Holy Redeemer Breast Cancer Health Program, was on hand as well as several breast cancer survivors to speak on the breast cancer epidemic and prevention. Breast cancer survivor and artist Sharon Harrison also spoke about her upcoming mural that will be painted at Holy Reedemer’s Bott Cancer Center. The next Big small Walk will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2011 at the Oxford Valley Mall.

Supporters at the event enjoyed cupcakes with the breast cancer awareness ribbon on them while receiving information about the upcoming Big sMall Walk in October.
