Oxford Valley Mall Prepares to Pamper Customers on Black Friday

LANGHORNE, Pa., Nov. 17, 2011— While millions of Americans scramble to prepare for the craziness that ensues on Black Friday, Oxford Valley Mall is looking to relieve the stress from the most buzzed about shopping day in the entire year.

On Nov. 25, the doors will open to the Oxford Valley Mall at 4 A.M. The first 100 shoppers will be handed goodie bags, which include mugs and other treats. Guest services will have small treats for shoppers during the entire day. The mall will also feature a rejuvenation station in front of the Coach store with a sitting area, magazines and newspapers for those who need a break.

“We want to make sure that all our visitors are happy and satisfied with their experience at Oxford Valley Mall,” said Jim Malervy, Director of Marketing for the Oxford Valley Mall. “By adding these small touches, we hope that it will make Black Friday more enjoyable for shoppers and they will want to continue shopping at the mall throughout the holiday season.”

Macy’s and a few other retailers at the Oxford Valley Mall will open at midnight, prior to the entire mall’s opening at 4 A.M. Mall management is available for interviews and will also be available to assist media personnel as they arrive on location.
