HOLIDAY 2012 OFF TO AN EARLY START AT LEHIGH VALLEY MALL

– Midnight Opening on ‘Black Friday’ Leads to World of Fun, Entertainment, and Bargains during the Holiday Season –

WHITEHALL, Pa., November 19, 2012 — Simon Property Group, Inc. (NYSE:SPG), the world’s leading retail real estate company, announces that Lehigh Valley Mall will open at midnight on ‘Black Friday’, November 23.

“After reviewing feedback from our shoppers, we decided it would work best to open the mall at midnight,” said Amanda Johnson, director of mall marketing at Lehigh Valley Mall, “We are eager to accommodate all those looking to get an early start on holiday purchases, and expect the mall to be busy upon opening.”

For shopper convenience, Lehigh Valley Mall doors will open at 11 p.m. on Thanksgiving in preparation for stores opening at midnight. Select retailers opening at 11 p.m. include Dunderbak’s Market Café and Starbucks Coffee in order to accommodate midnight shoppers.

Santa Claus is in town:

Music and Prizes:

Presented by Radio 100.7, the LEV Elf will be at Lehigh Valley Mall from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Black Friday.
