POST BROTHERS APARTMENTS TO OPEN ULTIMATE BACKYARD AT ITS RITTENHOUSE HILL PROPERTY

–New outdoor additions to attract residents with on-the-go lifestyles–

PHILADELPHIA, July 30, 2013 – Post Brothers Apartments has announced the opening of its Ultimate Backyard to residents at its Rittenhouse Hill property, off Lincoln Drive in Northwest Philadelphia, to provide a fully featured living experience for those with active lifestyles.

Rittenhouse Hill’s Ultimate Backyard has several state-of-the-art amenities designed to pique the interests of the community’s nearly 1,000 residents. At the center of the Ultimate Backyard stands an infinity edge swimming pool and tanning deck with views of the property’s inviting wooded landscape. Additionally, a barbeque area is available, allowing residents to grill outside and enjoy poolside meals throughout the summer months.

To make the community more pet-friendly, Post Brothers added two dog parks to Rittenhouse Hill’s Ultimate Backyard—one for large breeds and one for small breeds. With the addition of the dog parks, residents can let their dogs run and play freely without leashes in a safe, friendly environment.

Other Ultimate Backyard amenities include a multi-use playing field that can be converted to a tennis, volleyball or basketball court; as well as two bocce ball courts. For those looking to relax and unwind, Post Brothers has built a special reading park and a lush yoga garden. Finally, families with young children will soon have a place to play together when the “Tot Lot” opens.

To celebrate the opening of the Ultimate Backyard, Post Brothers will host an Ultimate Backyard Bash at Rittenhouse Hill Thursday, August 1 from 6-11 p.m. This event will give party goers an opportunity to explore and play in the Ultimate Backyard. The infinity pool will be open for guests to enjoy, and all are encouraged to compete together in bocce ball and volleyball games. Members of winning teams will receive a $300 discount on one month’s rent if they are a current or future Post Brothers resident. The party will feature full catering from Rittenhouse Square’s Day by Day, as well as top shelf libations and homemade summer sangrias. DJ ADROCK, a 20+ year veteran and master of concentrated techno and house music will provide entertainment for guests while they experience the various attractions in the Ultimate Backyard.
