Amare Global Launches Initiatives to Improve Aspects of Mental Wellness in Light of Mental Health Awareness Month
PHILADELPHIA, PA – May 7, 2018 – According to researchers, we have a second brain in our gut, known as the microbiome. The microbiome has its own nervous system that affects our body from skin health, energy levels, hormone balance and even sex drive.
