Whitehall, PA, August 7, 2012 —Families across the country are preparing to ring in the sound of the morning school bell, and Simon Malls are standing by to help everyone gear up with some fun. Whitehall area kids and parents have the opportunity to get back into the school groove during a special Simon Kidgits Club event at Lehigh Valley Mall on August 11th.
With the help of Imperial Toy, Lehigh Valley Martial Arts, The Children’s Place, and Kids Foot Locker, Simon is bringing the latest back to school toy trends and styles to families at Lehigh Valley Mall. Children will get a first look at ROXX™, the newest collectible head-to-head, competitive game of “skillzz” by Imperial Toy. With 72 awesome designed ROXX™ game pieces and dynamic accessories, kids can get in on the action by trading, collecting and launching one of the hottest new game play power systems to hit retail shelves this fall. You won’t want to miss Lehigh Valley Martial Arts as they teach us how to deal with bullying at 11:30a.m. and demonstrate martial arts at 12:30p.m. Then get back to school in style at The Children’s Place fashion show at 1p.m. in the jcpenney Court. Want more? Join Ping’s Parties for some fun Face Painting and then head over to Kids Foot Locker where associates will be on hand to ensure that each child is custom-fit with the right sized shoes as they head back to school.
Additionally, event attendees can participate in back to school craft-making activities and other interactive offerings. Kidgit members will receive an extra special back to school gift when they show their membership ID. Parents will also have the opportunity to receive exclusive retailer discounts and chances to win special prizes and giveaways.
The Simon Kidgits Club is a fun and informative program that focuses on health, wellness, education, safety and entertainment for children ages 3-8.
