Retail King, Rick Forman Explores New Locations Following Success of Turn 7 Concept
Grand Liquidation Event at Turn 7 Moorestown Location until June 21; Forman Urgently Needs to Offload $8 Million Worth of Merchandise
Moorestown, NJ- June 6, 2024 — Retail King Rick Forman, known for the innovative retail brand Turn 7, and for his dynamic approach to consumer experiences has announced plans to expand its presence in the South Jersey region. Following the resounding success of its Turn 7 Concept in the Moorestown Mall’s former Lord and Taylor building, Forman is now actively scouting new locations in Moorestown, Maple Shade, and Cherry Hill, NJ.
The decision to explore these new locations comes on the heels of the company’s triumph with the Turn 7 Concept, which revitalized the traditional retail landscape and garnered significant attention from consumers and industry experts alike.
Now, a two-story entertainment center featuring ax throwing and a go-kart track called Parky’s will soon be located in the mall’s former Lord & Taylor
“We are thrilled by the overwhelming response to our Turn 7 Concept in Moorestown,” said Rick Forman, CEO of Turn 7. “The positive feedback and increased foot traffic have demonstrated the demand for extreme off-price retail in this area. Especially during times where inflation is high, Turn 7 is a place where your dollar can go far for all of your family needs.”
With the Moorestown Mall location serving as a prime example of Forman’s ability to reimagine spaces and engage customers in unique ways, the company is now seeking suitable venues in neighboring communities to further expand its footprint and continue delivering unparalleled shopping experiences.
“Our vision extends beyond traditional retail paradigms,” Forman added. “We are committed to creating destinations that not only meet the evolving needs of consumers but exceed their expectations at every turn.” “We are looking at doing big event retail at locations maybe once or twice a month for a larger impact for customer’s needs.”
“We thank Rick for bringing this unique concept to the Moorestown Mall, and wish him well on his future endeavors. At the same time, this closing paves the way for the next phase of Moorestown Mall’s evolution with the introduction of a top tier family entertainment venue,” said Joe Aristone, EVP Leasing, PREIT.
Forman invites shoppers to take advantage of this unprecedented opportunity to score incredible deals up to 90% off on their favorite brands before the store closes its doors for the final time on Friday, June 21. Everything must go, and all of the merchadise in the building will be well below cost. Forman urgently needs to offload $8 million worth of merchandise, necessitating a complete liquidation within a two-week timeframe. Even fixtures, including lighting, are up for grabs, with dealers encouraged to participate.
Stay tuned for more updates on Rick Forman’s latest endeavor, and the future of Turn 7’s expansion plans.
