FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

A MONSTER JAM EXPERIENCE FOR SICK CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES

Live Hot Wheels show for Casey Cares Critically Ill Children

WHO: Casey Cares Foundation is a non-profit charity that provides uplifting and ongoing programs with a special touch to critically ill children and their families throughout the Mid-Atlantic area.  This Friday, five families will be attending an exciting evening showing of Monster Jam.  They will have a personal meet and greet first, followed by the show.

WHAT: Feld Entertainment has arranged this fun evening out for five local Philadelphia families and their critically ill children. This event will be a great chance for the local parents to bond and strengthen their support systems with one another, while their children have a blast watching races and freestyle competitions. Feld Entertainment has donated 26 tickets for Casey Cares, and has generously donated more than 1,000 tickets to the charity since 2004. “We are so grateful to them for allowing us to keep bringing smiles to children’s faces time after time.  It truly means a lot to these kids who may not get another special event in their lifetime,” said Casey Baynes, founder of Casey Cares. One child’s mom, Karen B. is available for press interviews as her son, 5-year old Mason is on treatment at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia for hemophagosytic lymphohistiocystosis.  Press should arrive by 5:30 p.m. by the South West doors directly to the right of the Box Office for meet and greet interviews.

WHEN: Friday, October 3rd from 5:30 – 10:00 p.m.

WHERE: Wells Fargo Center, 3601 S Broad St, Philadelphia, PA 19148

Press should arrive by 5:30 p.m. by the South West doors directly to the right of the Box Office for meet and greet interviews.

WHY: Casey Cares Foundation offers unique special events that bring smiles and lift the spirits of critically ill children and their families. As a regional charity, Casey Cares Foundation allows for each event to become a personalized experience, and tailors activities to the interests and schedules of the individual recipients.
