Jenna Communications was founded in 2007, and has served a variety of clients in the Greater Philadelphia area in industries such as healthcare, nonprofit, sports, professional services, retail, hospitality and more. Jenna Communications’ core competencies include strategic planning, media relations, social media consulting, event planning, crisis/issues management as well as advertising/media buying.

We have extensive experience planning and assisting with logistics for races because we’ve planned the Delaware Valley Stroke Council’s Strides for Stroke 5K for the past 3 years. For this race, we are responsible for everything including encouraging participants to sign up, securing sponsorships, handling all digital/social media promotions, planning pre-race events, coordinating all race day volunteers and managing all race day logistics. From our wealth of experience, here are several packages we have available that can help improve your next race.

Level 1: $400

  • 5 mentions on our social media channels
  • 1 dedicated email blast to a list of approximately 11,000

  • Draft media alert about race for client to send to media outlets of his/her choice

Level 2: $1,500

  • 15 mentions on our social media

Level 3: $10,000 minimum

  • Jenna Communications will use its event planning experience and public relations efforts to fully coordinate your race

  • Event will be heavily pushed to media outlets, i.e., TV, radio, magazines, newspapers & blogs to secure news coverage about events.
