PHILADELPHIA (MAY 23, 2013) – Jessica Billings, Miss Pennsylvania USA, needs your help! She will compete for the title of Miss USA at the 2013 pageant on Sunday, June 16 in Las Vegas, NV; however, she needs fellow Pennsylvanians to step up so she can win the fan vote.

One contestant has the opportunity to have a guaranteed spot in the 2013 MISS USA® Competition semifinals by fan vote! The competition will air LIVE from Las Vegas on NBC Sunday, June 16 (9p.m. ET) from Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino. Voting ends on Saturday, June 15 at 12 p.m. ET. Jessica Billings was crowned Miss Pennsylvania USA 2013 at the Miss Pennsylvania pageant on Sunday, December 2, 2012, in Pittsburgh, Pa.
