So you agree to hire a PR agency, but what should you be doing to ensure that you see the biggest benefits of their service?

Commit your time: you should be committing time to your PR team so that there are great results from brainstorming, public relations requires an adequate amount of time to be handled properly

Set up expectation meetings: discuss your expectations and what you are trying to convey about your company through this campaign

Have a mutual relationship: make sure that you are both being honest and respectful, you are both communicating what you need to run the campaign and make sure to get feedback from each party on what is working well and what isn’t working

As stated previously, there is a lot of time and energy that needs to go into using a public relations agency. This ensures that they are not creating your campaign by themselves, as it is a team effort that needs imput from everyone.
