Executive Chef Edward Hancock proudly announces his Thanksgiving culinary banquet. The exquisite menu Chef created brings a new kind of divine taste this Thanksgiving. Chef Hancock arrived at Sofitel Philadelphia with more than 19 years of restaurant management experience after working with prestigious chefs in Philadelphia areas. His refined and rustic style transforms meals into contemporary masterpieces. Using distinctive French ingredients combined with local and seasonal herbs, vegetables, and honey from Sofitel’s rooftop garden and beehives; Chef Hancock creates lavish dishes to satisfy every guest. With Thanksgiving being only one week away, reservations at Chez Colette will bring the perfect Thanksgiving feast.

WHAT: Chez Colette, a restaurant located in Sofitel Philadelphia, will be hosting a Thanksgiving buffet. The Thanksgiving buffet is $65 per person. This includes a complimentary glass of champagne. Children under 12 years old will enjoy the buffet at half price. The buffet includes a raw bar, appetizers, entrées, meat carvings, and desserts.
