THE CHEESECAKE FACTORY PREPARES FOR A GRAND OPENING AT QUAKER BRIDGE MALL
THE MEDIA IS INVITED TO A BEHIND THE SCENESLOOK AT THE RESTAURANT IN ADVANCE OF THE PUBLIC GRAND OPENING
Lawrence Township, NJ, September 5, 2012 – The Cheesecake Factory is opening its eighth New Jersey location at the Quaker Bridge Mall. The restaurant will have an 8,644 square foot dining room and a 1,517 square foot patio, and will accommodate 293 guests. In total, the restaurant will bring 268 new jobs to the Lawrence Township area. This is one of many exciting additions to Quaker Bridge Mall. In addition to The Cheesecake Factory, several new retailers are joining the merchant mix at this shopping and dining destination. Michael Kors, Sephora, Sur La Table, Pandora, Teavana, H&M, Ann Taylor, and Brighton Collectables are several of the additions.
On September 14-15, 2012 the local media is invited to come take a “sneak peek” at The Cheesecake factory’s new space during its private, pre-opening mock training service. The mock training meals will be served to more than 1,500 specially invited guests, and provide the media a chance to get a behind the scenes look at the great food, service, and atmosphere the restaurant has to offer. Cameras and questions are encouraged, and media will be given the chance to photograph the service including dishes being prepared from scratch in the kitchen, cocktails being handcrafted in the bar, and the restaurant’s famous cheesecake being plated in the bakery.
Friday, September 14, the restaurant’s mock training lunch service will run 11:30 a.m. – 1:45 p.m. and dinner from 5:30 p.m. -8:00 p.m. On Saturday, September 15, the mock training service will be offered from 11:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. for lunch and 5:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. for dinner. All are welcome to the grand opening on Wednesday, September 19, at 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. The Cheesecake Factory of Quaker Bridge Mall will be open the following hours beginning September 19: Monday – Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.; Friday and Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 a.m.; and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
