Today Is World Hypnotism Day: Learn How You Can Benefit

World Hypnotism Day Can Help You Get Past Your Post Holiday Blues

Many people across the country lose control during the holiday season. They use the holidays as a time to binge drink, overeat, and run credit card debt to record highs. Once the holidays pass, and people step on the scale and receive shopping bills, stress and depression can often set in as a result of over-indulging. Instead of feeling helpless and not knowing where to turn, it is possible to get help with your holiday blues in a unique way—through hypnosis.

Today is World Hypnotism Day, a day with a mission to remove the myths and misconceptions while promoting the truth and benefits of hypnotism to the people of the world. Bryan Toder, local certified hypnotist and owner of the Plymouth Hypnosis Center, stands behind the day’s mission, and works with clients to battle all types of weight and stress issues.

While many may be skeptical of hypnotism, it actually has many healthful benefits. Through hypnosis, Toder has helped hundreds of clients lose dramatic amounts of weight, for example. “Many of my clients have tried multiple diets and failed,” Toder said. “Through hypnosis, we work on undoing triggers that cause people to eat unnecessarily, which is a major step to losing weight.” Toder has even published a book titled “Get Thin Be Happy” that gives readers 6 easy steps to start their journey to weight loss.

Toder also uses hypnosis to help clients get through stress issues. “By observing clients’ stress patterns, I can help them find ways to change their involvement with stress or their responses to it through hypnosis,” Toder said.

Hypnosis is a safe, healthy alternative to handling weight and stress issues. If you would like to interview Bryan Toder about World Hypnosis Day and his uses of hypnotherapy, please contact Jennifer Sherlock at jsherlock@jennacommunications.com.
