WALK-IN MEDICAL CARE CENTER OPENING IN NARBERTH

– No appointment needed.  Most insurances accepted and affordable self-pay rates. –

NARBERTH, Pa., March 4, 2014 — Doctors Express, a nationwide network of urgent care facilities, announces it will open a new location in Narberth on Tuesday, March 25 at 934 Montgomery Ave., Narberth, Pa. across from Staples and Wawa.

Doctors Express invites members of the community to visit the facility between 12 and 5 p.m. on Sunday, March 23 for a special open house and an opportunity to meet doctors and other medical staff who will provide more information about the types of services the center offers. Guests who attend will have a chance to enter to win an Apple iPad Air. The center will officially open and begin delivering patient services on Tuesday, March 25 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Bob K. of Philadelphia commented on his recent experience at Doctors Express. “When my daughter was visiting from out of town, she needed emergency treatment for an illness,” Bob said. “We called Doctors Express; she was treated on the spot and left within 30 minutes. The quality of service and care were top notch, they offered realistic prices and accepted insurance.”

Dr. Kate Kirksey, a physician who will join the Doctors Express Narberth team, adds that the center’s convenient Main Line location allows local residents to receive a variety of medical procedures including treatment for broken bones, allergic reactions, burns, infections and more—all without having to wait in a crowded emergency room or struggling to fit in an appointment with a primary care physician.

With nearly 70 locations throughout the U.S., Doctors Express works to provide urgent care with lower cost options than emergency rooms and a short wait time which averages 20 minutes. Facilities accept most forms of insurance and offer affordable cash rates for those without medical coverage.

With testing performed onsite, Doctors Express can deliver results in as little as 10 minutes, leading to a swift diagnosis and sparing patients the inconvenience of traveling to a third party lab. Along with an in-house lab, Doctors Express also has onsite x-ray equipment. Individuals who suffer breaks and sprains can have their injuries properly identified and stabilized in one convenient place, allowing them to begin the recovery process immediately.

Doctors Express is open seven days a week, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and weekends from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. To learn more about Doctors Express Narberth and its full portfolio of urgent care and medical services, visithttp://www.doctorsexpress.com/Narberth.
