PHILADELPHIA, June 13, 2013 – Naval Academy alumnus Captain Frank Schenk will serve as the Navy Veterans team kicker when he plays arena football in the inaugural Army Veterans vs. Navy Veterans Arena Football Game on June 22 at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia.
The game concludes the Philadelphia Soul’s and Judge VIP (Veterans in Professional) Careers’ Military Appreciation Night which also includes a veterans Speed Career Networking Event exclusively for transitioning military service members, wounded warriors, veterans and military spouses from 1:30 – 4:30 p.m. prior to the evening’s events.

Along with Schenk, The Navy Veterans team includes former college football quarterback Lt. Ricky Dobbs; former wide receiver Lt. j.g. Tyree Barnes; former defensive end Ensign Jabaree Tuani; and three of the six Person brothers, two of whom played for Navy, including record holder Andy Person.
