LaceUp Athletics Introduces Training Lace to Make you Stronger

Training Lace’s are Making Fitness and Strength Training Part of your Everyday Routine

PHILADELPHIA, PA – September 5, 2017 – LaceUp Athletics has introduced Training Lace, a quality crafted weight to boost your workouts and elevate your game. Training Lace is a flexible and efficient athletic training weight, created to build strength, burn fat, and boost your metabolism. The weights can be wrapped around wrists and ankles for standard fitness routines, as well as, sports equipment such as, baseball bats, a lacrosse shaft and much more. Training Lace is designed to maximize your workout or athletic training without sacrificing your form.

Training Lace began as a training-aid for lacrosse, but has expanded to the entire sports and fitness industries. It provides a simple and effective way to stay fit and healthy without the trip to the gym. Training Lace can be worn for day-to-day activities, such as chores or running errands and can easily become a part of your everyday accessories. Training Lace is flexible, colorful, and sleek and are currently available in three different weights – five, eight, and 12 ounces. They provide maximum mobility that have become versatile to people of all ages, skill levels, and exercise habits.

Training Lace allows athletes to practice sport specific skills and enhance your performance without sacrificing form and technique. The weights are safe, comfortable, bends easily, and distributes the weight evenly, and once it’s on, it’s not going anywhere. Aaron Schlemovitz, a 20-year old New Jersey State Title swimmer from Basking Ridge, New Jersey says, “Training Lace has allowed me to focus more on my stroke technique. It has also allowed me to work on my race speed without completely altering my technique due to the additional weight. Now that I use them, I can’t imagine training without them.”

Kacy Small, a 34 year-old trainer and coach has been training youth, high school, and college lacrosse athletes for 11-years and has never seen such amazing results with Training Lace. “Outside of reps players haven’t had a successful tool to help build shot speed and shooting power. This past summer, I was introduced to Training Lace and used them at every single training session. The players loved them and the results were obvious,” says Kacy.

LaceUp Athletics has just announced a kickstarter video will soon be released to demonstrate the benefits to using the Training Lace weights, and show in detail the different ways that they can be used. The video will portray some individuals exercising with the weights, and others doing everyday activities such as walking the dog while wearing the weights, running, doing yoga, and much more.

The Philadelphia Inquirer gave the inside scoop on how Training Lace can enhance your fitness routine. Read about it today on Philly.com.
