Trustify stepping up to help domestic violence survivors in light of Domestic Violence Awareness Month

WASHINGTON, Oct. 20, 2015- Trustify, the world’s first technology platform for connecting consumers with affordable, licensed private investigators announced a partnership today with Becky’s Fund, a leading non-profit of domestic violence survivor support services, with pro-bono investigation and safety services.

Becky Lee, Executive Director of Becky’s Fund, and her team will be providing Trustify staff and investigators with training and guidance for handling domestic violence cases. Becky’s Fund’s expertise provides important insight for Trustify investigators, as domestic violence cases require a special awareness of specific survivor concerns. Trustify is proud to partner with Becky’s Fund as a sponsor for Walk This Way, an annual event benefitting the Men of CODE program. Trustify will also be donating hours of investigator services to Becky’s Fund in support of survivor needs.

“This partnership will make a big difference for survivors of domestic violence, who are often vulnerable and afraid when they approach us for help,” says Lee, who has dedicated her career to addressing the social, cultural, and legal barriers that entrap domestic violence survivors. “Domestic Violence Month is the best time to raise awareness about these issues. We dedicate this time every year to call attention to the powerlessness of being a victim of domestic violence. We’re thrilled to be working with Trustify to help empower these survivors with the help they need.”
