QUAKER BRIDGE MALL UNVEILS NEW DINING PAVILION

– Five Dining Experiences Slated to Open for Spring 2013–

LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ, Feb. 5, 2013—Simon Property Group, Inc. (NYSE:SPG), the world’s leading retail real estate company, announced today five dining options will open at its Quaker Bridge Mall property this Spring. Charley’s Grilled Subs, Nathan’s Famous Hot Dogs, Subway, Sarku Japan and Master Wok will be the first tenants to move into the new eight-unit dining pavilion.

“With the addition of these new dining experiences, shoppers now have a far greater variety of options,” said Marian Kapp, director of mall marketing. “Whether a customer is looking for a deli sandwich or international fare, it can now be found on our property in the new dining pavilion.”

Charley’s Grilled Subs offers fresh grilled subs, salads, and Philly cheesesteaks. Charley’s focuses on steak, chicken, and deli meats for a delicious meal.

Nathan’s Famous Hot Dogs was once just a single hot dog stand in New York in 1916; however, the franchise can now be found in more than 40,000 places. The menu has expanded from hotdogs to also include hamburgers, French fries, salads, cheesesteaks and more.

Subway is known for providing the option of “eating fresh”. Subway is currently the largest sub chain in the world, and offers customers a number of healthy menu items along with the option of creating custom sandwiches.

Sarku Japan is a quick service Japanese restaurant that offers made to order food with high quality ingredients. Customers can satisfy their Japanese cravings at a Sarku Japan in a matter of minutes.

Master Wok is a Chinese Restaurant that serves fresh, high quality Chinese food. The menu includes poultry, beef, lo mein and fried rice dishes.

The above locations join The Cheesecake Factory as Quaker Bridge Mall’s newest dining experiences. The new dining pavilion, located on the upper level Sears Wing will feature up to eight new dining options with amenities such as soft seating, skylights, new ceilings, finishes and lighting. The dining pavilion also includes new restrooms, a family restroom with a nursing lounge and a Kidgits play area.
