FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Luxury Condos Cater to 55 and Over with Outside Amenities

The Plaza Grande at Garden State Park Defines a New Type of Luxury for 55 and Over

CHERRY HILL, N.J. – November 2, 2017 – The Plaza Grande at Garden State Park, a 55 and over luxury condominium community is pleased to announce that a hard-hat tour will be held on Thursday, November 9, 2017, from 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. to showcase the revitalization of what was once the Garden State Park Racetrack. Located in the heart of Cherry Hill, NJ, the Plaza Grande is redefining the concept of living and is the last part of the real-estate market that has been awakened to the baby boomers.

Consisting of 608 luxury homes in 20 buildings, the luxurious, amenity-filled, and mixed-used space has been designed to enhance the quality of living. The hard-hat tour will showcase the third resident building in its final phase of construction. The Plaza Grande sits atop the historical popular harness and thoroughbred race track, where Citation and Secretariat, two of the most famous horses have raced. Artifacts from the race track will be presented in the Community Clubhouse following the hard-hat tour. A variety of photos from the private collection of Anthony S. “Tony” Black, a record-holding jockey in North American Thoroughbred horse racing, will also be on display as a remembrance of Garden State Park Racetrack. Anthony Black has raced on renowned horses at Garden State Park Racetrack, such as, Our Salute in 1971, Put and Take in 1972, Trip Charge in 1999, among many others.

The popularity of the racetrack spawned the growth of Cherry Hill and became a crucial part of what developed into the “Golden Triangle.” In 2014, TSV-TGA Garden State Park, LLC, an affiliate of Tristate Ventures, L.P. picked up the remaining unbuilt condominiums in the Master Planned Community that was originally developed in the mid-2000’s by D.R. Horton. The Plaza Grande is the last phase of the original 330-acre master plan of the former racetrack and contributes to Cherry Hill’s Garden State Park landmark development in South Jersey.

Additionally, the center of the community features an 18,500-square-foot clubhouse equipped with the resident in mind. “The clubhouse provides residents with a space that is easily accessible to meet friends and enjoy a range of activities at the comfort of your own community at any time,” says John Fasciano, managing Partner of Tristate Ventures, L.P/TSV-TGA Garden State Park, LLC, and the Owner of TSV Management, Inc. “Whether it is a morning coffee, happy hour with drinks and small bites, a game of cards, or a swim in the pool, the clubhouse is the place to be.”

Leasing for one and two-bedroom floor plans at The Plaza Grande at Garden State Park is in full-swing, accepting applications daily. Five floor plans are being offered with one-level living with upscale finishes; these homes feature an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen, walk-in closets and a full-size washer and dryer. The Plaza Grande also offers a secure property with private garages and balconies for each unit with each building fully equipped with an elevator.
